Our lasange will feature a layer of organic ricotta cheese and a layer of an organic chard in between layers of home-made organic pasta. It is my own recipe which I created about 15 years ago. It is much lighter than the traditional vegetarian version.
Our curry is made using whole spices (we don’t use pre-packaged powdered spices). Organic coconut oil is used to fry the spices and we make our own organic paneer (pressed cured). Our curry can be served with organic buckwheat or organic quinoa if you prefer low-carb.
Special diets can be a accommodated…the curry is easily adjustable for vegan’s and suited for those that are gluten free.
Orders close 9am the day prior to delivery (for eg Thursday 26 March. Payment required prior to delivery.)
